Strong 350 Women from the Philippines

These women are members of the women’s organization, Gabriela, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Women are among the sectors vulnerable to climate change because of oppression, poverty and relative lack of access to basic social services like health care and education. Aside from women’s rights in general,  Gabriela is campaigning for gender justice on climate change and climate change education.
