Youth from the New Zealand Youth Delegation, Ecosystems Climate Alliance and the Indigenous Environmental Network staged a protest in the UN Climate Change Conference against carbon accounting rules in forestry. They threw balloons representing carbon dioxide emissions through holes in a 'forest banner', to represent the carbon emissions that are hidden within current loopholes in forestry policies.
